Girls Just Wanna Have Fun I think Cyndi Lauper was right all along. When I think back over the years I did a lot of things wrong when it came to trying to meet that special woman.
Without fail I had much better luck if I could make a woman laugh.
GUYS ARE JUST TOO SERIOUS
Sometimes guys just spent too much time trying to show how macho they are. For some reason we believe this is without a doubt the highway to the bedroom.
Not so fast!
Most women are much more impressed by sensitivity in a man and not so much how all-powerful he is.
Today's woman does not need a knight in shining armor to protect her. This is a much different world than a few generations ago when women were meek and mild and for the most part "barefoot and pregnant" and relegated to the kitchen.
The forward thinking woman of today is on more of an equal footing and the "me Tarzan" image that some guys like to portray just won't cut it in this day and age.
You will have a far better success rate if you treat women as equals and share a joke and a laugh with them.
I can't put into words how much of an ice-breaker spontaneous laughter can be.
TRY A DIFFERENT APPROACH
Have you ever noticed that when you approach a woman at a social occasion it seems like her guard goes up right from the get-go?
Of course it does. Most likely she has heard it all before and the line you have so carefully prepared in your mind beforehand in order to captivate her is most likely going to turn her off. She has already made up her mind that it will, so don't even bother.
The best way to get her to relax and let her guard down is not to inundate her with tired and worn out pick-up lines, but rather by making her laugh, have some fun and enjoy your company.
FORGET ABOUT THE SEX PART(at first)
There will be a huge and very discernible difference in your demeanor from a woman's prospective if you approach her like you just want to get to know her and not like your one and only mission is getting her into bed.
She will sense it right away. Women can do that. I don't know how, they just can.
They also know when you are looking at their breasts. It doesn't matter how quick and furtive the peek is...trust me, they know. I don't know how...they just know.
FOCUS ON HER EYES
The eyes are the window to the soul. Or if you are trying to impress a woman and get to know her, the doorway to her heart.
Women like it when you look them right in the eye. That indicates to them that your main interest is in "them" and the person inside.
At first it might be difficult to stop your eyes from wandering, but with a little practice it gets much easier.
Remember that no matter how sexily a woman dresses, she most likely has no desire to be a sex object.
Now this is where you really have to be careful. If you completely ignore how great and sexy a woman looks and just focus on her face without so much as a quick glance at how the rest of her looks, you can also get yourself into trouble.
Lets face it guys, when it comes to women, pretty much anything you do will be wrong so just do what you can to cut your losses.
She will either think you are gay or there is something wrong with the way she looks because now you have gone the other way and ignored everything but her face.
Women dress to look appealing and they put a lot of effort into it and it should be acknowledged.
However, it's very important that's it's done without sexual overtones. You want her to know that all of her, "the whole package" looks great.
So if you are at a party,dance, or at a bar, walk right up to that woman you feel an attraction to and say to her, "wow! you look really stunning" or something to that effect.
And "then" introduce yourself and look her in the eye and spend some time getting to know her.
By doing it this way you have acknowledged how attractive you find her without overdoing it and making it a sexual comment.
LAUGH NOW--LOVE LATER
The best relationships are the ones that are given all the time they need to develop and grow into something special. There should be no pre-set time limit for sex to become part of the equation.
The guy who goes to the bar with the hopes of having sex that night is much more likely to go home disappointed than the fellow who leaves home with the hope of getting to know a nice woman before the night is out.
Perhaps his mission is to meet a woman who he can ask out on a future occasion. So what if there is no sex involved for weeks or even months?
Every relationship is different and it makes more sense to accept that "whatever will be will be".
Make women laugh and show them that you know how to have fun and you will have much more success finding the perfect mate.
